What motivates your team?

The word time is motivation. Every day new techniques are created, assessments, games, everything that the team has the motivation necessary for day to day and can deliver the desired results, right?

No. For me, motivation is something else. The motivation is personal, comes from within and not from without. And how to know which is your motivation? This game begins when you answer a simple question: why do you get up for work every morning? No matter if the subject is relevant super or something banal, that’s your motivation. But if you’ve reached the level of being bored when the alarm clock goes off and you need to get ready to leave home and go to work, you can be sure that this is the time to seek a new challenge in your life, to give a new meaning, a new motivation to wake up each morning.

When the leader thinks that motivated his team, he actually gave a “jolt” of something that already exists inside it, a goal or higher purpose. And when the leader knows what motivates the team and each individual member, it is much easier to work this motivation.

Now, how to work with this motivation will depend on how your team works. Now, the great secret of motivation is that it is individual, that is, can have various aspects as belief, money, rise rapidly, escape, quality of life, etc. It is critical to understand this individuality of each team member so you can work the motivation of each, thereby generating the necessary results, better know people and understand the time of each.
